What is in this one?
Hey all!
I hope that you all are enjoying the beautiful weather. We have been out and about this weekend taking advantage of the 70 degree weather.
Kendri had a fabulous birthday and awesome celebration. We decided to keep it low key this year since we are in an apartment and we don't have room for too many people (and Kendri won't remember it anyway!!)
Mom got here at the beginning of the week and after Kendri being diagnosed with RSV on Monday decided to stay for the whole week. Thank goodness I really needed all the help that I could get. Dad flew into Richmond on Friday and the good times began!
Kendri was feeling much better by her actual birthday and although we canceled her friends party on Friday (I really didn't think that any of the other mommies wanted RSV) we decided to go ahead with the party on Sat. We were joined by family and close friends to celebrate. Kendri got some really fun presents and was so excited by it all that she decided to forgo pizza and even a cupcake! You all know how she is with eating. When she wants to she is all about it, when she is not interested there is NO forcing her!! She must have had a fantastic time because she sang herself to sleep that night with her own rendition of "Happy Birthday" from the crib . . too cute!!!
We had her friends over this Friday to celebrate and were able to enjoy some time at the park! It really is fun to see her interacting with other kids and enjoying herself!!
Hope that this weather stays nice!! Happy First Day of Spring!
