Hey All,It has been a while so I thought that I would try to do a quick update on the events of the Ayers Fam. The weather has been beautiful and although there have been some days that are unbearably hot, we are outside a lot of the time. Both of the girls love being outside so on the days that too hot we head to the pool!

We headed to the beach the weekend of Father's Day for a conference for John. The girls both loved the beach and the sand. Kendri spent most of her time jumping waves while Rylin ate the sand! It ended up being cut short by Kendri getting a high fever accompanied with a nasty cough that made her miserable. John had it the week before and he so kindly passed it on to Rylin, Kendri and I (as well as a few other of my family members... sorry dad)...

Other then that adventure we have been at home most of the summer. We have been going to the pool anytime that we can ...and have been known to invite ourselves from time to time ;) We have been enjoying the weekends together and today headed to the Zoo. It was the first time that Rylin was old enough to get much out of it and she laughed and laughed at the monkeys. She pointed and yelled at all the animals and was not sure of the bird exhibit at first but quickly warmed up to them. Kendri fed the giraffes for the first time today! Rylin was not a fan (girl after my own heart.. those long purple tongues are gross!! )
